What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?

 Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded service that supports people with mental health challenges to live with greater confidence, clarity, and independence.


As your recovery coach, I work with you, not for you, in a strengths-based and person-centered way. That means I listen to your story, respect your lived experience, and support you to set goals that matter to you. We focus on what’s possible, not what’s “wrong.”


Together, we build the tools, confidence, and structure to navigate everyday life, manage your mental health, and feel more in control of your journey.

How I Support You

Every recovery journey is unique, so the support I offer is always tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

Here’s how I can support you as your Psychosocial Recovery Coach:

  • 🌱 Goal setting – Helping you set and work towards achievable personal goals
  • 🧘‍♀️ Emotional regulation tools – Exploring calming strategies and mindset support
  • 🧭 Daily routines & structure – Creating habits and systems that support mental wellbeing
  • 🤝 Building confidence & independence – Step-by-step support to take control of life areas like appointments, home tasks, and social situations
  • 🎨 Creative & holistic approaches – Mindfulness, crafting, journaling, music or nature-based activities
  • 🧠 Working through limiting beliefs – Supporting personal growth, self-trust, and resilience

You set the direction. I walk beside you with tools, compassion, and steady support.

I bring over 10 years of experience across youth work, trauma-informed care, disability support, early childhood development, education and holistic coaching, with a warm, real-world approach to recovery.

  • 🎨 Creative and hands-on – I love using craft, visual tools, and mindfulness activities, and nature to support emotional awareness and expression
  • 💬 Lived experience & deep empathy – I understand what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out, and I bring a non-judgmental, supportive energy to every session
  • 📚 Qualified & experienced – With a Diploma of Community Services, training in trauma-informed practice, holistic counselling, and ongoing experience in NDIS support roles, you're in safe hands
