What is the Soul Discovery Event?
This is a full day of immersing yourself in the intention of discovering your soul's purpose. We run through where you are now to where you want to be and start to unpack the layers that might be holding you back from achieving that goal. We start to bridge that gap finding what actions and rituals need to be implemented to make real change in your life. We then have a sound meditation journey to really sit with what you have unpacked. We then create a manifestation board for you to visualize a great reminder for your mind to start to implement what you have learnt. This activates your RAS (reticular activating system) so your subconscious and coconscious mind can start seeking out your goals. The day is filled with new perspectives, tools and connections with a group of like-minded souls.
Why do a sound meditation?
I will use the medicine drum or a sound bowl depending on the day and participants. This integration from working through your goals and limiting beliefs to sitting deeply in meditation with your future self is extremely powerful. You can see your goals playing out, it is designed to get you feeling and visualize your future self and start connecting with your goals on a much deeper level.
This visualization can help you to access the emotions that will drive you to want to take action and make these goals happen.
Why make a Manifestation board?
Having a visual representation of your goals can activate what is called the RAS (Reticular activating system). This basically means that you're telling your brain that what is on that board is important to you.
Example: Have you ever bought a car or dyed your hair a certain colour then suddenly you went from never seeing it, too it seems like everyone has the same car, they are everywhere.
Your brain is like an old school computer and doesn't like to work too hard. It is designed to make you safe not happy so by imputing what you want such as your goals or manifestations, your brain can start showing you the information related to accessing your goals.
Why do you give participants a goodie pack?
This beautifully hand-crafted pack has a few crystals to support your transformational journey and a beautiful tea light candle. A great reminder to set the intention for yourself and to use the fire element to bring about your passion and fire when you need it. I am someone who enjoys adding attention to detail so creating this little pack was something from the heart that brings me joy to gift my participants. I also run a crystal shop, so it makes sense to give crystals to enhance the experience.
What happens after the event?
I have the option of a 3month Soul Discovery Check in for those who want ongoing support after the event. It can be easy to lose track and fall back into old conditioning and habits. I have a face to face and zoom option available, as well as lifetime access to my private FB group where you can share how you're going and get support from others within the group. This holds you accountable and give you extra support as to grow and evolve.
