What is Holistic Counselling?

 This isn’t just talk therapy. This is sacred space.
A place where you can come home to yourself — mind, body, and soul.

As a holistic counsellor, I hold space for your healing in a way that honours all of you — not just your thoughts, but your feelings, your energy, your inner knowing. Every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

We go gently, intuitively, and deeply.
This is your time to be seen, heard, and held without judgment.

You're not broken. Your nervous system is just doing its best to protect you. In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s really happening beneath the surface when you're feeling triggered or emotionally overwhelmed.
I’ll share tools and practices I’ve developed over the years to help you understand your body’s signals and begin to respond, rather than react. This is about learning to regulate, not suppress.
To take back your power and feel safe within yourself again. You don’t have to live in survival mode.

 From the moment we're born, life begins shaping us, and not always in gentle ways.

Chances are, no one taught you how to safely feel or process fear, grief, or overwhelm. So, like many of us, you tucked it away. You held it in your body. Your nervous system learned to stay on guard. But trauma doesn’t disappear, it waits.
It shows up in anxiety, emotional reactivity, exhaustion, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t explain.
