I work with mind, body and soul. A session with me is not just talk-based therapy. I work with your interests and can expose you to a range of techniques, skills and tools you can then implement into your life which will support your journey.
I'm about empowering you to understand and heal yourself. A session may include, meditation, sound healing, art therapy, card readings and journalling to help you go deep. It's your session and it depends on your situation and what you are looking for.
My goal is to empower you by sharing the lived experiences and knowledge I have gained over the years, as tools for your toolbox.
Do you sometimes feel an emptiness? like there is something missing? Ever wonder who you are once you remove all the labels. Then it is time to re-discover your true authentic self. Stand in your power and live a life of true fulfilment.
A safe space is created for you to start unpacking your bags and begin sorting through what you want to keep and what needs to be thrown out.
Do you feel like you are a doormat sometimes? Does it feel like people are taking advantage of you? Then let's work through possible fears you might have around setting boundaries. Like building muscles at the gym I will help you start to practice setting boundaries. This will then allow you to have more meaningful deeper connections with the people that matter in your life.
Do you feel like you're a walking time bomb, like you're on edge all the time. Maybe your crying at the drop of a hat? Let's work through some of the tools I have developed over the years to help us gain an understanding of what is happening within our bodies when we are Triggered (activated). Start to gain control of your emotions, instead of your emotions controlling you.
It's easy to get overwhelmed in today society with so many expectations put on us how are we meant to "do it all?". Stress is a serious killer, and our physical and mental bodies will only handle so much pressure before it gives up. Don't wait until it is too late to find ways to manage your stress. I'm here to help you find a new way to handle things.
I think everyone is looking for this thing called happiness. But it seems no matter if you land that job, buy that car, enjoy that holiday, pursue that partner, it just never seems to last, and we continue to chase this "happiness" There are ways to cultivate long term happiness. I can't wait to show you.
What is your soul craving? You came here with a purpose in life, but have you been still enough to discover it? I wasn't still enough till covid forced me on my butt and I had to listen. You don't have to wait; you can start to build a relationship with yourself and uncover your gifts. When you are in alignment with your souls' purpose life is so much more fulfilling.

We have experienced so much form the time we are born till now. It is very likely you were not shown how to handle scary traumatic situations, so you held it in your body and nerves system. What if you could release the trauma and unblock the passages stopping you from having a fulfilling life?
We are told we can't be angry or sad only happy. Sometime happiness doesn't want to come out to play. How would it be if we were able to build a relationship with our emotions and understand the power they hold. Take control and gain a better understanding of what is happening within your body and embrace all that you are.
