Holistic Counselling is not just a talk-based therapy. It includes mind body and spiritual concepts and is client lead. For example, a session may include meditation or sound healing as well as a conversation around self-love and acceptance.
A Holistic counsellor can support you on your journey to self-discovery. They can pull you up on things and help you reframe your current self-sabotage methods, helping you become aware of your unconscious actions. They also hold you accountable and help empower you to be in control of your mind/life.
The length of time it takes to see results from counselling sessions with Creating Awareness varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.
