 I’m a free-spirited, passionate soul who thrives on connection, joy, and serving others. As an extrovert, I’m energized by life’s adventures, socializing, and embracing every experience with open arms. My mission? To soothe your soul and help you discover your inner strength, no matter what you’re facing.

I’ve studied Mastering Holistic Counselling, earned a Diploma in Community Service, and hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. But beyond the qualifications, life has been my greatest teacher. I’ve spent nearly a decade working with Goodstart Early Learning, three years in Youth Residential Care, and have experience in Age & Disability Services. Every moment, every challenge, and every connection has taught me new ways to support others on their journey.

I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing community—one where people can heal old wounds, rediscover their purpose, and find a sense of fulfillment and control in their lives. I believe we all have a light within us, and my purpose is to help you see it, feel it, and empower it. I help people realize they are more than enough, regardless of the doubts or fears that might cloud their minds.

I’m also incredibly craft-minded, always creating something new for others to enjoy—because I believe in the power of hands-on healing and the joy of bringing something beautiful into the world.

 There was a time in my life when pain consumed me—when abuse and trauma held me hostage, stealing my voice, my worth, and my sense of safety. Domestic violence, emotional torment, all of it. I felt trapped in my own skin, like I was never going to escape the darkness that seemed to swallow me whole. For years, I carried that weight, unsure if I’d ever find my way out.

Then came Covid. It shook me to my core, turned everything upside down, and forced me to confront what I’d been running from. In the midst of that chaos, something sparked inside me. Jess and I dove into building Zendaily, and that became my first step toward something bigger, something deeper. I poured my heart into it. But even with that success, I felt this pull—this deep yearning to do more, to connect more intimately with others. To take all that I had endured, all that I had learned, and help others heal too.

That’s when Creating Awareness was born.

It wasn’t just a business idea. It was my calling. A dream I’d had for years but had never dared to follow. Maybe it wasn’t the right time before, but now—now I know it was all about divine timing. To be authentic, to truly help others heal, I knew I had to do the hard work myself first. I had to face the broken pieces of my past. I had to unlearn so many toxic beliefs, shed the layers of shame and fear that had been programmed into me.

The healing journey is endless. It never ends. And I’m still on it. Every day, I’m doing the work, embracing the discomfort, and facing the hard truths. But here's the thing: you can’t teach what you haven’t lived. You can't inspire others to change if you haven’t first walked that path yourself. And let me tell you, I’ve walked through hell and back—and I’m still here. Not because I’m “healed” or “perfect” (no one ever is). But because I refuse to stay where I was. I refuse to let my past define me or dictate my future.

I've faced down more obstacles than I can count, and I'll keep overcoming them. Life doesn’t stop throwing challenges my way, but now I trust myself. I trust my ability to rise, to learn, to grow. And that trust? It’s something I’ve earned through sweat, tears, and countless sleepless nights.

I’m here today, stronger than I ever thought possible, because I’ve been blessed with mentors, coaches, and friends who’ve held space for me, taught me, expanded my mind, and opened my heart to possibilities I never imagined. I am so deeply grateful for each of them—for showing me that the world isn’t just black and white, but full of endless shades of opportunity.

Now, I stand before you, not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who is committed to growing, learning, and doing whatever it takes to help others do the same. If I can do it, you can too. You just have to be willing to take that first step, to face the pain, and to trust that you are worthy of the journey. Trust that change is possible.

 In 2021, my dear friend Jess and I took a leap of faith and created Zendaily—an online crystal shop born from our shared passion for crystals, crafts, and our deep desire to make a difference. We met while working in youth residential care, and from that very first connection, we bonded over our mutual love for healing and a vision to support others. What started as a small crystal shop quickly evolved into something much greater. Zendaily grew wings and soared with a life of its own, becoming a beacon of hope and healing for our community.

Today, Zendaily is more than just a business—it’s a movement. We’re not just offering crystals; we’re offering tools for holistic healing, empowering individuals on their own healing journeys. We proudly support small businesses and crafters, creating a space where they can share their beautiful creations with the world. What started as just crystals has blossomed into so much more—each product we offer is a reflection of love, growth, and connection.

With our physical shop now located on Sturt Street, Zendaily continues to grow, and so does Creating Awareness. This is the space where my mission to empower others expands, where healing can take root, and where every individual is encouraged to step into their own strength. It's incredible to see how everything has come together, how this beautiful vision has unfolded and continues to thrive.

Our journey is far from over, and we’re just getting started. Through every crystal, every conversation, every new connection, we are creating a ripple effect of healing, growth, and possibility. What began with a passion for crystals has transformed into a mission to help others heal, grow, and discover their true potential. And now, more than ever, the possibilities are endless.
